Return Policy

dot&dot Travel will extend a refund to anyone who meets our refund policy criteria as explained below:

  • All dot&dot Travel products must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • All dot&dot Travel products purchased on clearance, and that have been discontinued, must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Please note that dot&dot Travel refund policy only applies to dot&dot Travel product purchases made from dot&dot

Please be aware that you are responsible for shipping back to our facility. Any mail that is refused, or marked 'return to sender,' or sent 'postage due' will have a deduction of that postage amount from any refund. We regret any inconvenience this may cause Please include your original sales receipt or dot&dot order #. Please give a reason why you are requesting a refund. Your input is EXTREMELY important to us. We strive to do everything within our power to improve both our products and our service. *All orders will be refunded to the Credit Card with which they were purchased, unless otherwise approved. *There are no "re-stocking" fees or any hidden fees.
