Return Policy

dot&dot Travel will extend a refund to anyone who meets our refund policy criteria as explained below:

  • All dot&dot Travel products must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • All dot&dot Travel products purchased on clearance, and that have been discontinued, must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Please note that dot&dot Travel refund policy only applies to dot&dot Travel product purchases made from dot&dot Travel.com.

Please be aware that you are responsible for shipping back to our facility. Any mail that is refused, or marked 'return to sender,' or sent 'postage due' will have a deduction of that postage amount from any refund. We regret any inconvenience this may cause Please include your original sales receipt or dot&dot Travel.com order #. Please give a reason why you are requesting a refund. Your input is EXTREMELY important to us. We strive to do everything within our power to improve both our products and our service. *All orders will be refunded to the Credit Card with which they were purchased, unless otherwise approved. *There are no "re-stocking" fees or any hidden fees.
